Yep, the first request generated this event evt_1MEGu7HHHT1qJ1rwjAQTF0pL, which ends the current phase of the sub schedule and creates a new phase that starts today, but the second request did not generate the same event
As far as I know, the new added phase does not cause any issue on our end, but I'm concerned about the inconsistent behavior and want to understand what's happening here
Looking again, but i am suspect the other schedule also saw this event
