Okay for some reason that payment intent won't load for me. Is there any chance you can share the request ID for when it was created?

I see that others have failed at the same time.
But I'm guessing for some reason, Stripe decided to lower the risk score while simultaneously blocking other fraud at the same time?

From the logs I saw for this payment there are many Radar rules evaluated for each payment.

But the score applied is the reason your risk score based rule did not block the payment in question
