hi! it's possible yes, an account in Portugal can settle in EUR or US, if you have a bank account in those currencies https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#supported-accounts-and-settlement-currencies
When i try transfer values received in EUR, converted in BRL to an account in EUR its not possible.
