hmmm, so there isn't an API where you can directly pull a list of your risk refunded orders. Looking at the events emitted though - you can view this under the Events and logs section (scroll all the way to the end) on this page : https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/pi_3M8FrRF1mCyZ5oJe1bMY77tQ

You can probably save the info to your DB and do some internal mapping after receiving the review.closed event - you can see it has closed_reason : "refunded"
