Transfers are available instantly unless you use the Cross border Payout feature with the recipient service agreement

I have a cross-border connected account with a recipient agreement. I initiated a transfer from my account to their account. Their balance shows the amount as "available soon" and so they have not been able to do a payout yet

you can look at the BalanceTransaction associated with the py_123 on the connected account and it would tell you when it's available. It's 24 hours I think, let me find the docs
