Yeah that's something that the merchant would have to arrange with the bank
would you say that this needs to be done for each connected account we register?
it just feels wrong for the merchant to have to aks permission from their bank to allow Stripe to issue refunds?
or is it something that happens rarely?
(I just noticed the one in the screenshot today, so I don't know how many times this happens)
AFAIK this is rare, but I'd reach out to support to confirm on that. https://support.stripe.com. From what I understand this is just a configuration issue with the merchant's bank account
