That is the latest setup intent.
The only error she sees is "declined" which happens almost immediately on the terminal. All I can see in her customer profile is several attempts to set up a setup intent, and a single 400 error that was due to a mistake on my part during development.
Yeah unfortunately when a card gets a generic decline like this, we don't have any insight into what caused it. The customer has to reach out to their bank and explicitly inquire into why the card was declined
