You seemed to have a hardware issue, you changed the reader and still have that issue, so I would recommend working directly with our support team for help instead. This is unlikely to be developer/code related based on the thread you had with my colleague already

They looked into it, said it was a hardware issue, you have a new hardware, same issue, so the answer is to work closely with our support team for help instead.
