Quick question: is this shipping information part of some payment method's information in the Payment Element? I forget which Payment Methods collect shipping

Or is this something in combination with the Address Element?

It's in combination with the Address Element @tranquil yarrow

We're collecting home address instead of shipping address since we're providing a healthcare service instead of shipping physical object.

Unfortunately it looks like this isn't customizable at the moment. I will put in feedback for this as it can definitely be confusing to ask for "shipping" when nothing is being shipped.

So at the moment the options would be to make your own address collection fields for the home address or use the Address Element and just try to make it clear on the page that "shipping" doesn't mean shipping here

Sounds good, thanks for looking into this @tranquil yarrow , much appreciated. If you could put in a feature request, that would be great. I think it is reasonable for those providing services, especially in healthcare delivery where we are required to collect the home address of the patient anyways.

Very much agreed. Just filed feedback to add this, unfortunately I can't promise if/when this can be added but I really hope it can. This is a very good use case for our Address Element and it is unfortunate that you have to choose between clarity and functionality here.
