Could you please share your Platform Account Id and the Connected Account Id?
But if you lost control over their Account that means you will no more have related payments to that Account. Did they tried to use their Account and accept Payment?

I asked them to reconnect to our integration so I can investigate the issue, so they are connected again.

Did they tried to use their Account and accept Payment?

It looks like they have no payments.

I haven't found any specific advice on this scenario, so I would suggest the following approach:

  1. Disconnect the Connected Account from your Platform again
  2. Have the owner of the Connected Account log out of their Stripe dashboard and then back in (to see if that badge is cached as part of their dashboard session).
  3. If they still see the managed badge, have them reach out to our Support team at:
