so I will need to manually control the first 5 seats, then for the extra seat, the customer will need to subscribe per-seat product, right?

@vagrant panther how about graduated pricing product? For example, I can create a flat fee for 5 units, from the 6th unit it will be $5 per unit (so 7 users should be $30 per month). Any downside if I use it?

Hmm, actually tiered pricing is a better options, so that you need to specify the quality and the subscription engine will take care of the rest.
