Assuming you're viewing the dashboard as the connected account (since that's an inboundtransfer to a custom connect account), the reason I believe it's not showing up under Transactions is because it wasn't successful
The dashboard will only show success Transfers - not the failed ones like the one from evt_1MAEHm4hSMSZDZqD4at8x9WZ
