I don't think so, but let me check
Ah, so yeah. It will give them the option to extend their subscription after it has been cancelled.
I tried cancelling a subscription from dashboard and the subscription section disappear
It's different if it is cancelled for date expiration?
Let me check. Just a minute
Sorry for the wait, are you still with us?
yes
Apologies. I got to juggling a few other threads on the server (it's rather busy) and I'm still working on checking in about this on my end.
No worries
👋 I'm hopping in to take a look - give me a minute
As far as I know, there's no way to create a new Subscription (if it's already been cancelled) through the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal is meant to manage Subscriptions you already have. If you want to create a new Subscription, then you'll have to use Checkout or the Subscriptions API
you mean the billing portal or create the subscription from the dashboard?
In my integration I have the pricing table for a new client, then the plan was to use the billing for upgrades or renew
What specifically do you mean by "renew" - are you talking about Subscriptions that have already been cancelled, or are you talking about Subscriptions that are scheduled to be cancelled but are still active?
renew after have already been cancelled
Yeah, so that's just the same as creation in that case - we don't have anything specific for "restarting" a Subscription that is cancelled. You'd just create a new one in that case
