Unfortunately I am not sure if anyone is still being added. You can definitely reach out to your account rep, even if you can't be added, they may be able to help you address your business case some other way here

One more follow up. If I connect an existing Stripe account (via o-auth) that does not have access to the orders beta to my platform account that has access to the orders beta will that existing account now have access to the orders beta?
