Hello, those docs are for Payouts, which is funds going from the connected account's Stripe funds to their external bank account. To get funds to their Stripe account, you would make a transfer or create a destination charge with their account.

Actually taking a step back, are you talking about the Romainian account taking payment via a bank transfer, or are you talking about them getting funds in their own bank account from Stripe?
