With the RBI regulations in place, you can’t:
Update the subscription renewal amount for a fixed price subscription (amount_type=fixed or amount_type=maximum).
Would applying a coupon upon creation count as updating the subscription renewal amount?
Also just to confirm–we do have the 3D Secure flow setup and working as we're using Stripe Elements. In the logs for payment attempts, we see verification that 3D Secure was used and accepted.
it could yes. I would recommend working with our support team honestly. Recurring payments in India can be really finicky and it's easier to look at real and concrete examples in your account to debug all of this which our support team can help you with.
