It looks like this payout failed because it was refused by the receiving bank

Do you know why the banks would refuse the transfer?

Have you run into this issue before?
We are trying to determine if there is something we can do to ensure more banks accept the transfers and that's why we were hoping a dev could help us

As far as I can tell, I don't think this issue is an integration issue really. Maybe there's something compliance-wise that's missing.
My apologies for the back and forth with our support team. They should be the ones looking into this.
I'd recommend writing in (sending an email to support@stripe.com) & asking your contact David Graus to escalate this internally
