Yes, My business is registered in USA. We have a stripe account in USA. We want our customer accounts in Sri Lanka as connected account to payout them.

In the above screenshot its mentioned that from a US stripe account we can payout to Sri Lankan express connected account

But we are unable to create a Sri Lankan connected account

is it because of test mode
