Yes I have, but on their response they've just basically copy pasted the system auto-generated message and I need to get specifics

Why could this have happened? I'm so frustrated
Why would they say they'll issue refunds to legitimate transactions?
I'm so stressed out and disappointed as to why this can happen in the first place
My business depends on this and it's rather unprofessional to be even reaching out to customers again when everything should be automated and straightforward
