did you tap your card on the reader after calling process_payment_intent?

2 diferent cards
bank of america, visa
I can reset or send another payment intent for the terminal, but not pay

It looks like the reader is not responding when you tap the card. Does this happen to all the cards that you've tested or just this one card?
we tested 3 cards
only 1 time it works
we used same card which successed but it does not read it
in next payment intent

No I didn't. But if the reader is not responding when you tap the card, the problem is either with the card or the reader.
but how i understand docs, reader should send failure webhook, if it does not accept the card?

Since you've tried 3 cards (it's very unlikely that all 3 cards have problem), so the current conclusion is that the reader might have a hardware failure and that's why I suggest to get a replacement.
