Hi 👋
Can you restate your question? It's tough for me to scroll back and forth when I've got other people asking questions too.
I'm using the API to create checkout links for a subscription. Once a customer signs up, they use the Customer Portal to upgrade/downgrade/cancel their account. Everything's working. So far so good.
If I create Coupon in the dashboard, they can apply the coupon/promo code to the initial signup. Which is working. But I cannot figure out how they could add a Coupon later. Example - 6 months after signing up for my subscription, I want to offer them a 20% coupon that they can use if they choose on their current subscription. Can I configure the Customer Portal to allow for this?
Customer portals can be configured to allow users to apply promotion codes to their subscriptions. It is configurable in the features.subscription_updates.default_allowed_updates parameter: https://stripe.com/docs/api/customer_portal/configurations/create#create_portal_configuration-features-subscription_update-default_allowed_updates
