Basically - we want to know what the "successful payment" email looks like - is that what this one comes from?
You mean this one in your settings ?
If so you should be receiving a reciept if enabled and you can customize and see a preview of it in your branding config:

Yeah that's what we're confused about - when we do that, we get a "receipt" email, but it just has a simple receipt in it - wheras what we want is that more thorough one in that example above, with the links to download the invoice and receipt in it...
The screenshot you shared is an example of a recurring payment with an associated invoice (e.g. a subscription)

Right - so that screenshot above that you just posted, that's just a simple example of a receipt, but in the case of a recurring subscription, when you get the email for "successful payment", it will look more like the baremetrics one, with the invoice and receipt download links in it - that right?
Yes
Again, you can check this via the Dashboard in test mode. We don't send then, but they're generated and viewable (and can be manually sent)
Ok - that was the missing piece - the dashboard doesn't test emails that look anything like the baremetrics one, so it was a little confusing.... thanks for verifying that ๐
