On dashboard it says next invoice will be 0 but i have changed $250-$50 plan

Since the new price is lower than the previous price, the invoice will take the unused time on the previous price into consideration to offset the amount (i.e.,g 50.99 - 250.99 = -200). The 200 will be applied to the customer's balance automatically, the customer doesn't need to pay this invoice and that's why the amount is 0

You can go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/customers/cus_MvP4wOjs3BRtXI, scroll down a bit and you'll see the -200 in the invoice credit balance section
