Hi there, there's a feature called Customer portal that allows customer to manage the subscriptions (https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management). If your service provider has integrated this feature then you may use it to cancel your subscription.
The receipt comes to my gmail every month, I don't have a Stripe account

I already did, but he doesn't give me an answer or cancel the subscription.
It is incredible that this happens and that the only way to cancel the subscription is to block from the bank, it doesnt make sense.
