there's a default payout speed for each country : https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#standard-payout-timing

you'd want to reach out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll be able to advise you on your payout speed. We mainly help with API related questions on this channel so we have limited knowledge on payout speed i'm afraid.
