Ok so we get a charge.failed event whenever a payment is blocked by stripe. But we didn't get any event in Production for this payment py_1MAGBiBVfuMTCR40WoZF3olc. We need the event because we use it internally

I'm confused. This API request returned a failure immediately. But you still want to also receive the charge.failed event as well?
