According to the UI you shared, it looks like something related with Google Pay not Stripe. When you clean on "Learn more" , it redirects you to what link ?

I googled that error, and found a few results like this one: https://wikitechsolutions.com/176135/or-ccseh-24-error
So it looks like the issue it related to the payment method you are using, and not your integration.
