Hi there, please note that Stripe Tax works with Invoicing, Billing, Payment Links and Checkout integrations, it doesn't work with PaymentElement direclty,

So the workaround is to create an invoice, and use the invoice's payment intent's client secret to render the PaymentElement. The PaymentElement doesn't show the tax information, so you need to build your own UI if you want to show it.
