I think I've just figured out where it's going wrong
The console.log in the screenshot above is returning undefined
so something is wrong with the way I'm getting the stripe customer
Yea that would make sense. You can also inspect your request logs to see whether the customer you expect is coming through on the request: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs

just confused as to how I would go about charging the customer in the future from the Stripe Dashboard
If you attached the card to a customer, it would appear as a payment method on the customer page
