Hello! I doubt the 401 error has anything to do with it, that usually happens when you try to do something in the Dashboard and need to provide your password to proceed.

This is how the payments look after they go through - I have to manually capture them. All options on my website are set to automatic and right. Also you are right since it does ask me for the password whenever I try to capture a payment 😄

As far as the functionality of a third party system I can't be of much help as I don't know how Invision Community works. Have you reached out to their support for help with this?

That's the Payment Intent ID, do you have the ID of the specific Event which did not get delivered? It starts with evt_

but the charge.succeeded has one

The server we're sending that to is returning an error. You would need to contact support/the developer who maintains that server to find out what's going on.
