Hi there!
Hey
Can you share a subscription ID (sub_xxx) where you see this?
sub_1M9XKSGqdJoAtm42bCivGvMl
I tried multiple times with the same customer, you might see another a day before
(I made it work by checkind the trial_end Timestamp there is in the event, but it's not really bulletproof, that's why we're looking into that)
Thanks! Give me a few minutes to look into this.
👋 taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
Sure! No problem
why not listen to customer.subscription.trial_will_end

you can also get the trial_end from customer.subscription.created event (e.g https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/events/evt_1M9XKUGqdJoAtm42LeQTolwJ)

Yeah i know about those, but it's note exactly what we need, we need to launch a process when a trial end, but on past_due
That's why i needed this exact event
But it's OK , i found that checking a subscription.update with trial_end is doing the trick
let me know if you need any more help
Thanks a lot! I will
