same reason as yesterday, you're charging an Indian card as an Indian merchant, that requires 3D Secure

might also be because of this https://support.stripe.com/questions/3d-secure-authentication-for-international-card-payments-to-indian-businesses since that Mastercard test card is technically a US card. Maybe try other cards from https://stripe.com/docs/testing#asia-pacific and see if they're different
