Hi there, it's a question could be best answered by Support team, but AFAIK yes you should be able to set up a Stripe Account (w your bank) in UAE, and accept international payments. When you do Payout (pay to your bank) you will bear the fee for currency conversion: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#supported-accounts-and-settlement-currencies
