Hi, I confirmed again but yes Stripe Issuing only support Custom Connected Accounts

Thanks, we have two types of issuing one is Standard issuing and Treasury Issuing

I am 100% sure that Treasury issuing required custom connect.
Can you please double check, it is same for Standard issuing as well
