it works the same for Express. I don't have a demo for mobile specifically but it should be straightforward for you to test all of this in Test mode

https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts explains how to do onboarding of Express accounts, it all works the same way

Means once I create the account link
I should open that in a web view in my iOS app
And once the onboarding is finished
the user should be taken back to the iOS app

and users fills all their bank and identity info in the webview

which is basically stripe's express auth flow from the link generated
