ah! I see. the support team is unfortunately not helpful with this sort of stuff - they typically recommend generic things that aren’t related to the question.
I did actually reach out to support about this, and they said “advise your connected account to upload a bank verification document on their dashboard”
Is this filed as a bug, or is this being worked on? If not, I can instruct my support team to simply add a metadata field to trigger another webhook.
It won't be fixed soon I can tell you that, but every report counts. If you don't report it, it's less likely to be fixed
