@raw prairie did you change the settings recently for when to send the Event? Because this is "cached" per Subscription so it won't apply to existing Subscriptions until their next iteration/cycle if so

fossil crag
#

nope

raw prairie
#

That's a good question. I'm going to let @fossil crag reply to that

fossil crag
#

it's been 30 days since we launched in July

#

and we're seeing the event fire for a lot of subs

wispy phoenix
#

looking

#

Do you have an example where it worked so that I can compare?

cus_MB59X8wIukDT1f

wispy phoenix
#

that first customer is on yearly Price right?

fossil crag
#

yes

#

they were migrated from our previous payment system

wispy phoenix
#

so what's the problem?

fossil crag
#

their next invoice is on 12/28

wispy phoenix
#

Why would the customer cus_MB4xt4IunUsqMq get an invoice.upcoming if their Subscription won't renew until next year

#

the period seems to be until Aug 9 2023 though

fossil crag
#

they're in a schedule with a fixed end date to align their billing date correctly

#

and the UI correctly identifies that

#

and, more importantly, that monthly customer was also migrated in an early terminating schedule

#

so their first "month" was only 21 days

#

but that correctly triggered the event

#

but our annual customer with a 6 month "year" is not triggering the event

Ack, I'd recommend working directly with our support team for help in that case. Provide all those clear examples and they can help dig into this more deeply but it's unfortunately not something we can help with in real time here
