ok so basically you have a radar rule request_3ds_if_3ds_supported enabled
and this card (4242) supports 3DS without having to be required
we are testing our environment for last 1 month we never seen this.Why all of sudden it is activated?

I think it's worth trying, I'm not sure there is a way but in all cases they have better knowledge about dashboard capabilities
