#drum - test pending verification

Hi sorry. Still not seeing anything explicit
all good - just wondering if it possible to test the case where a user doesn't have any data left to submit, but payouts are still disabled.
I'm reviewing our available testing resources here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing but I'm not seeing something that would provide this kind of delay
right, was referring to these. perhaps there's a way to trigger a requirement as being pending_verification?
I'm not seeing anything that would clearly create this outcome
drum - test pending verification
all good - i'm seeing another related issue where a profile is marked as requiring bank account info verification (as expected). the connected account shows "payouts enabled" (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/acct_1M9eUPI0nB0pIAFw/activity), but the copy on the user-facing dashboard shows "payouts are paused". why is this?
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
interestingly, the non-express dashboard (viewed "as" this user) shows "payouts or charges could be paused", which i believe is the correct copy.
đź‘‹ Taking over this thread, catching up now
Indeed that I see payouts_enabled in evt_1M9eZhI0nB0pIAFwf2KjcbrD for acct_1M9eUPI0nB0pIAFw. For Express account, it should be viewed in Express dashboard and not non-Express dashboard. When you see "payouts are paused", is it in Express dashboard?
yes, I see “payouts are paused” in the express dashboard.
It looks like payout_enabled and the Express dashboard display show differently. Can I suggest you to write in to us https://support.stripe.com/contact, so that we can check with relevant team? It’ll be helpful if you can include the account ID, event ID that shows payout_enabled: true and the screenshot of warning in Express dashboard in your email.
will do! thank you 🙂
