So before the button was inside a drawer and was working, but last wednesday, we weren't able to open the drawer. It seems like the button is causing rerenders which is closing the drawer. I've run into this issue before but can't remember what I did to solve it. It's been working fine and no changes have been made. We use a credit card input as well that works fine inside the drawer, and the setup for the google pay button is the same but with the payment request button element

Hmm...I'm trying to find a way to be more specific without just linking our whole page of code

So if we disable the google pay button, the drawer is able to open. Our context determines the drawer's opening and I think because of some rendering issues the button is rerendering which causes our drawer to stay closed

But also, this cors issue has happened before and was because of a backend thing so I'm going to see if they changed anything

I'm pushing for us to use https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-element instead because it's easier and streamlined. This payment request button element has been a headache to test locally and implement

yeah if you have more details I'm happy to help but right now it boils down to "the UI doesn't show, we're not sure why". Like is there a clear repro? Have you been able to add clear logs to the mount step?
