What do you mean exactly by "sandbox"? in Stripe there is only Test and Live mode

Did you tried to accept test ACH Payment following this guide ?
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment

That probably needed in order to accept Payments in live mode
