Hi! I want to send the amount plus the currency, and stripe will give me back the trm of the day (amount of Colombian pesos for one United States dollar)

This is not possible AFAIK. Stripe will automatically convert currencies when the payment currency and the settlement currency for an account differ but we do not provide an API for exchange rates.
