So I was able to find the two payments related to those card IDs. I think the lock on the one is just related to 3DS auth though I am not 100% sure

When you say their order IDs are the same, can you point me to what you are looking at?

Ah I see, those IDs aren't actually Stripe IDs, they are coming from your code.

Oh wait, I see you are using the Magento plugin, so Magento's code.

Because these are defined by Magento, I would report this to them. They should be able to help look in to why their code created duplicate IDs here

If you provide those request IDs as well as the order IDs and payment intent IDs (pi_3M896KBstx0INt3O2wF0708n and pi_3M893FBstx0INt3O1Kn5JyRm), that may help them get started looking in to this
