Can you give more details about your integration? Is the connected account a Standard account, Express, or Custom? And what type of charge are you making (Direct Charge, Destination Charge, Separate Charge & Transfer)?
Of course my accounts are express and we use transfers to send the money to each account express

So the payment happens on your platform account, and then you manually make a transfer to the express account?
In this case, when you refund the payment, the funds will come from the platform account, not the express account.
ok does that mean that stripe lends that refunded money?
I'm not sure I understand. Here's what happens:
- Your platform has $0
- A customer buys something from you, your platform now has $10 (minus the Stripe fees)
- You manually transfer $5 to an Express account, your platform has about $5
- Later you refund the customer $10, so your platform now has -$5 and your Express account still has $5
