hi! I don't think you can really do that with just PaymentLinks, you'd need to directly use Checkout https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/shipping. We don't have support for dynamic shipping though(changing it based on the quantity etc), only static rates.

That's unfortunate.
So if I wanted to do location-based rates, Checkout could handle that?

I feel like that's a fairly common use-case for a purchase flow

I don't think we can, please read through those docs though and see if it supports what you're looking for
