Depending on how you integrate with Checkout today, you could pass additional parameters to require more info from users (e.g. a full billing address) to help combat card testing

However its about striking a balance between that, and not introducing unnecessary friction to the payment flow for legit users

But our hosted UIs, like Checkout, are already optimised to prevent this to some extent
