What do you mean by without authorizing or validating? What are you trying to do?
If trying to save card details without payment, we recommend using Setup Intents:
Ok so the context is that we are on an IC+ pricing and we are getting charged 30c per card authorization (which happens whenever we make a "Card request" we were told, ie. create a token, etc), even if no payment is made with the card. We have an auction platform where users are required to add a card prior to making bids, but not everyone wins and gets charged. To avoid being charged a 30c auth/validation fee our rep suggested that we add payment methods without authorizing or validating them until they actually get chrged (time of transaction).
Sorry I missed replying here -- you should get in touch with your account contact for options here. I'm sorry you were redirected (and that I'm doing it again now). You can ask them to provide you with information about skipping validations.
