Usual pix payment intent cancel, it was working like that for the past weeks or even months

We're not sure how to handle this without you saying what we're doing wrong. An error without any reason doesn't help.

It happens it's just a single payment thankfully. We've removed this message from the Deadletter (it was retrying each 5 minutes). Nonetheless it would be nice to get to know the root cause.

Yes, we're going to investigate that, but will take some time. Can you please write in to support with a short description + example (the request above) and mention my handle (synthrider) I can make sure we follow up on the investigation.

For now, I would suggest skipping that cancellation step. It's not strictly necessary to do this outside of cleaning up data from an ambiguous state.
