Yes I confirm that the issue is related to 3DS. So the customer needs to reach out to their bank to understand the issue.
okay, what about the invalid_request_error? is that normal for 3ds failures? (we don't get these failures a lot...)
and if it's a 3ds issue, is there any additional information we can tell the user to ask their bank about?

yes this is the expected result when 3DS fails
they need to give their bank the amount and the specific time of the transaction
