I'm not able to provide approval for that unfortunately. Do you have a thread number where you chatted with support? They're supposed to do a review of these requests as far as I know, so if that's not happening then I'd like to make sure to flag that internally.

It looks like the last email I can find was someone from Stripe requesting more information from you. If you cannot find that email, I would open another support thread and let them know you want to request the transfers-only functionality. They'll likely convert your chat to email and send you a request for more information in order to make sure you're eligible
Sorry for the runaround. I'll try to locate the chat where that agent said you couldn't have the functionality enabled and make sure it is QA'd
